Mr. Absler joined Lombardia Capital Partners in December 2009 and is a Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Value Portfolio. Prior to joining LCP, Mr. Absler was an Equity Analyst at Skyline Asset Management for seven years where he was responsible for the analysis and selection of materials and processing, health care, and consumer industries. Prior to Skyline, he was a Vice President and Equity Analyst at Zurich Scudder Investments for seven years. His responsibilities included analyzing large and small cap financial companies in industry sectors including banks, thrifts, life and property/casualty insurance, brokerage, and credit cards. Prior to Zurich Scudder, Mr. Absler was a Senior Accountant for Kemper Investments for two years and was a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young for three years.

Mr. Absler is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Accounting (1990). He received his MBA from Loyola University, Chicago (1996). Mr. Absler is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
